New delivery charges in Switzerland
We are introducing a delivery charge in Switzerland. We would like to motivate our customers to forego many small individual orders for the sake of the environment. In this way, we are jointly reducing CO2 emissions through fewer deliveries and achieving our sustainable corporate goals even faster.
For orders under CHF 50 value of goods, we will therefore charge a delivery fee of CHF 5 from 15.02.2024. If you have a customer account, you automatically take part in our loyalty program and we will give you the delivery fee for free on all orders!
