During your apprenticeship, we offer you comprehensive and practical training. Exciting and varied activities await you, as well as motivated vocational trainers who will competently train and supervise you until you have completed your apprenticeship. We create perspectives and motivate you to challenge yourself to break new ground.

Tips for applying

  • Explain to us in your letter of motivation why you are interested in an apprenticeship at Rotho. Use this opportunity and stand out from the many other applications. Please do not use standard letters for this, but find out more about our company and the apprenticeship that is of interest to you.
  • Make sure your resume is up to date.
  • Do not forget the school reports from the upper school and an aptitude test (multicheck/basic check).
  • Make sure there are no spelling mistakes in the application.

What happens after the application?

Acknowledgment of receipt

We will confirm receipt of your application by email and then check your application.

Job Interview

After reviewing the application documents, we invite suitable applicants to an interview with the head of vocational training and the vocational trainer.

Interview tips:

  • Find out in advance about Rotho and the apprenticeship that is of interest to you.
  • Plan enough time for the journey and show up on time.
  • Bring a notepad and writing materials with you to the interview.
  • Turn off the mobile phone during the call.
  • Ask unabashedly if you don't understand technical terms or foreign words.

If both you and Rotho are still interested after the interview, we will invite you to a trial apprenticeship. There you have the opportunity to get to know the selected profession and the team better.

Decision

Once we have convinced ourselves when we get to know each other, then nothing stands in the way of an apprenticeship contract.
